Prince George has reached an important milestone, the four-year-old is starting school which also means he has some big decisions to make. Or at least Prince William and Princess Kate have some big decisions!
The first is deciding what his peers will call him, because 'your royal highness' is too formal for the playground. Officially the royal family's last name is Mountbatten-Windsor, but William and Harry didn't adopt the moniker during their time in school and the military.
William and Harry chose Wales, borrowed from the titles of Charles and Diana, the Prince and Princess of Wales. George will follow this modern tradition, adopting the surname of Cambridge, a tribute to his parents the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
What's in a name? After all, a prince by any other name would be this cute!
