It's time. It's time for Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai. We're kicking off with a look at the models backstage wellness tips...
“My favorite morning smoothie is a very simple water-based avocado and honey blend,” Lima revealed. “On days when I want something heavier, I do a yogurt and milk base—to start the morning off right.”
Here, she shares her go-to recipe, below:
1 cup water
Honey to taste.
"The best makeup tip I've picked up over my career would definitely be less is more. Especially when it comes to a day look. You don't need as much as you might think," the California-born model confessed.
"I order a lot of green juices and keep them around on set. I have ginger shots in a cooler, and I'll drink one if I'm feeling low. I am also a big coffee drinker, I'll have three espressos before noon," the 21-year-old said.
On her workout regimen:
"When I work out I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours," Bella told E! News.
"I don't like to do the whole yoga thing," she adds. "I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it I am going to go hard."
Bella's day on a plate:
The younger Hadid sister told Harper's Bazaar that her typical day on a plate includes eggs or a bagel for breakfast, a form of protein with veggies for lunch (typically salmon or chicken), and dinner is takeout from her local hotspot, Westville. Her favourite dish? "Sautéed kale."
Fowler recently told InStyle Australia, "I like to mix it up when I'm in the gym so I don't get bored and keep the body guessing. My favourite way to train and what gives me the best results is strength training. I know a lot of women are afraid of building muscle. I do strength training with a personal trainer (ochosystem) who is amazing, and he has a whole lifestyle approach to training. I'll also mix in a barre class, pilates, yoga, boxing and a cardio workout when I can. Everyday is something different!"
