While it's undeniable that Emily Ratajkowski has been blessed with stellar genetics, the supermodel has dished details on her diet so you can too get her killer abs.
The 25-year-old beauty isn't ashamed to admit that she's far from a gym junkie. For Ratajkowski, it's instead "about feeling good about what you eat."
"I don’t have a trainer, and I don’t really go to the gym," she told The New York Times. "I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person."
Ratajkowski starts her day with a black coffee from Blacktop Coffee and a French pastry called kouign-amann, with lunch usually consisting of a salad or sandwich.
"If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well-behaved with that stuff," she told Harper's Bazaar.
With the life that comes with Ratajkowski's celebrity status, we aren't shocked to learn that she hardly ever eats at home.
"Dinner is my time to be social and catch up with people," she says.
"I really like to eat meat. I crave iron so I am definitely not the kind of person who you will often find eating a plain salad. I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy."
While the budding actress admits she's a lover of beet juices and turmeric, she says it's all about balance.
"I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes. You know what I mean? Or a croissant in the morning. I think it is like really important to give yourself a break."
Amen to that!
