The Bachelorette Australia contestant Stu Laundy has made a series of strange comments about his decision to join the cast.
As he fights to win the heart of Sophie Monk, the intruder contestant has revealed it was very hard for him to sign on for the hit series. The poor diddums.
Speaking to TV Week, the 44-year-old said that he knew his appearance would "jeopardise some relationships."
"I'm risking a lot to be here," he told the publication.
It's not the first time Stu has alluded to the difficulty of his decision, having told the Daily Telegraph that he "ummed and aahed" before signing on.
"It's a risk for someone like me to go on the show, I ummed and aahed a lot but what got me over the line was that I just thought I saw something in Soph," he said.
Despite how very difficult it was for someone like him to jeopardise his relationships and go on this risky show, Stu also had some actual nice things to say about the Bachelorette herself.
"I'm here to chase happiness. She's one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen in my life. I truly believe there's chemistry between us," he told the Daily Telegraph.
Somehow we don't imagine that the nation's sweetheart Apollo Jackson had to ~think over~ the idea of dating the greatest girl ever. But you do you, Stu.
At the very least, he does seem smitten with Sophie.
