While on the hunt for your pair of go-to isolation pj's (you know, the ones you actually wear all day), you would have come across Sleeper. The Ukrainian sleepwear brand first became famous for its feather-detail pyjama sets - a favourite among the fashion set - and nightgown dresses (or nap dresses, if you will).
Now, they've delved into the world of shoes releasing their debut collection. And, you'll definitely want to trade in your uggs for these.
One style, the "Puff", comes in three colourways: chocolate brown, classic black and electric blue. While the Sherling slippers come in white, black and grey.
“We love shoes and have dreamt of creating a shoe line since day one,” Kate Zubarieva, Sleeper’s co-founder, said in a press release. “We have been carrying this dream for over five years, and we are now thrilled to announce the launch of the serial and essential shoe line.”
Like all of Sleeper's creations, the newly launched slippers are produced with sustainability in mind. “We at Sleeper are not big fans of fast fashion,” Varetsa says.
Every shoe sold by Sleeper is handmade by artisans in Ukraine, which shoppers are told via cards that are included with every purchase, signed by the person who created the piece.
