According to the outlet, it's the second time in two weeks that she's sought urgent medical care due to an "alarmingly low white blood cell count" which triggered a downward spiral and ultimately "a meltdown."
Sources tell TMZ that during the last week of September, Gomez was driven to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after she became emotional and despondent because of her white blood cell count. The site notes that the condition could stem from her kidney transplant. She was released from the hospital after a few days but had to be re-admitted after the symptoms persisted.
In September, Selena revealed that she was taking a break from social media during an Instagram Live. She also explained she has been battling depression over the last five years before falling silent across all channels.
