Sam Frost Addresses Concern Over Her Weight
Sam Frost has addressed fan concern over her weight loss.
“It is what it is” the 28-year-old told the Herald Sun.
“I still cop it from time to time, people are constantly talking about my weight fluctuating, how boring,” she continued.
“It is the same cycle, sometimes I gain weight, sometimes I lose weight. Sometimes if I am eating food with a lot of sugar my face gets puffier, if I am eating really healthy and eating lean my face gets skinnier. It is what it is. I don’t know what else to say about it.”
Frost also discussed hitting breaking point last year, after her split from her Bachelorette beau, Sasha Mielczarek and the axing of her Sydney breakfast radio show.
“I reached breaking point last year. I was like oh my goodness I am really, really struggling with my mental health,’’ said Frost.
“The trolls and the criticism were relentless. I just thought I am a good person, I am a wonderful friend, I am a wonderful sister and I work hard and I am grounded, I don’t understand why people are being so horrible to me."
