Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead told OK! online: "It won’t be long now until the latest royal baby is welcomed into the family, and the name is always a popular thing for punters to bet on.
"At the moment it is Victoria that leads the way and is our favourite to be the name of Harry and Meghan’s first child, whilst famous royal names Diana and Philip have also been popular in the betting."
Many are also speculating that Prince Harry and Meghan would name their first daughter after Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana. Other suggestions include Alice, Grace, Victoria, Alexandra, Frances and Elizabeth.
Arthur is currently the hot favourite for a royal baby boy. Locally, Sportsbet are predicting Arthur, Edward and Alexander as the top three most likely boy names, while British bookkeepers have James as the frontrunner, with Arthur and Edward also likely, Harper’s Bazaar UK reports.
Alternatively, the couple may veer away from royal tradition in favour of a more personal choice.
Given that their children won’t be directly in line to the throne, they’re not strictly obliged to choose a royal moniker – they may follow the lead of Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Zara Philips, who has named her daughters Lena and Mia.
Guess we'll have to wait till April for this one.
