Prince Harry has just celebrated his first birthday as a father. The Duke of Sussex turned 35 yesterday - 15th September - and to mark the occasion, Meghan Markle shared a collage of images to Instagram, including a photo of Harry with his mum, Princess Diana, and a never-seen-before shot of baby Archie's christening.
In the bottom right corner of the post, a black and white photo shows Prince Harry kneeling down to look at Archie who is sitting on his mum's lap. Royal fans were quick to point out the new photo, writing: "That picture of Harry kneeling in front of Meghan, and Archie! Beautiful beyond words.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️" and "New picture of Archie 😍 Thank you for posting he’s so adorable!" another joked, "who's cutting onions?"
The post is captioned, "Wishing a very happy birthday to His Royal Highness Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex!" before Meghan added a special message, which reads: “Your service to the causes you care so deeply for inspires me every day. You are the best husband and most amazing dad to our son. We love you ❤️Happiest birthday!”
Last month, Harry wrote a personal note to Meghan on her 38th birthay, sharing a photo from the couple's tour of South Africa alongside the message, ‘“Happy Birthday to my amazing wife. Thank you for joining me on this adventure!” - Love, H.’
