Knit And Ribbed
"With our national style choices embracing a mass migration to the casual, this season’s dress style of choice is truly the knit," Adolphe says. "Think versatility, comfort and style combined. When it comes to styling, my go-to for a post-ISO night-out is pairing a chunky gold necklace, mini bag and heels, while for the office, partner with an oversized coat and boots - or even try layering over a thin white collared shirt to master a chic office ensemble). For an easy #AtHome look, keep it comfortable with a pair of sneakers and chunky cable knit over the top to double as a skirt."
The Throw-On Smock
"The perfect last-minute ‘throw-and-go’ outfit, the smock dress is one of those wardrobe staples that will make you feel good whenever you wear it! For an on-trend post-ISO look try with knee-high boots, hoop earrings and a top handle bag. If a tougher aesthetic is what you’re after, partner with a longline coat or biker jacket and ankle boots."
Long Sleeve Denim
Adolphe explains, "This style is more versatile than you might think. I’m loving the variety of AW20 denim dress silhouettes on offer, from figure-hugging bodycon styles to more relaxed slimline options. For one of my favourite ways to style, try a modern take on a 70’s it-girl aesthetic and pair over a bright turtleneck, long boots and a crossbody bag. For a more edgy, streetwear vibe, partner with a cropped hoodie and puffer jacket."
The Sweater Dress
"We’ve all been loving our comfy sweats and hoodies during lockdown, so it’s no surprise to see the sweater dress taking off over AW20. The key to rocking this look is to rug up, but still show some skin. A chic silhouette for the sweater dress is to pair with a pair of ankle boots and a blazer. For that off-duty look, team with sneakers and finish with a baseball-style cap."
