The kitchen is headed by former Guillaume and Tetsuya chef Kevin Solomon, who has designed a menu focusing on local seafood and produce.
The secluded spot welcomed the newlyweds for lunch after they arrived via private seaplane. The restaurant offers a three-hour degustation including smoked eel, dusky flathead, stretched curd and cured pork, but owner Ally Oleson told the Daily Telegraph that Pippa dined on a raw wild kingfish starter before moving on to the restaurant’s signature kangaroo tartare. Her husband enjoyed the duck breast dish.
It’s been heralded as Sydney’s best seafood restaurant and it seemed to get a tick of approval from the high profile pair.

Pippa and James dined on the degustation menu that featured the chef’s hand-picked selections of oysters, crabs and fish as well as desserts like passionfruit soufflé, ricotta cheesecake and chocolate coffee praline.
