Pink has shared an encouraging message on Instagram, to accompany a photo of her post-baby-body gym session.
The singer took to Instagram to encourage people to love the skin they're in, regardless of what the scales say.
"Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese. I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese," wrote the singer. "The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies! #feelingmyself #strongismygoal #bodygoals @msjeanettejenkins #happysaturday #getitin #GIJaneismyWCW."
Fans were quick to thank the singer for speaking out about the public pressure of losing post-pregnancy weight.
Pink's not the only star to speak out about the realities of losing weight as a new mother. Chrissy Teigen recently revealed the extent of "help" received by Hollywood mums, and encouraged other's not to feel down about these celebrity transformations.
"Anyone in the public eye, we have all the help we could ever need to be able to shed everything," she said. "So I think people get this jaded sensation that everybody’s losing it so quickly, but we just happen to be the ones who are out there. We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies. We have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape. But nobody should feel like that's normal, or like that's realistic."
