Prior to the party, Kim took to Instagram to celebrate her first child's birthday, writing, "Happy Birthday my sweet girl! The last 6 years have been the best of my life raising you and seeing you grow up. Mommy loves you forever and beyond!"
The mother-of-four then took to Instagram Stories to share an inside look at the private party, showing her backyard transformed with rainbow colours, blow up castles, lollipops and a Mr Whippy - or Softy, as its named in the US - truck.
