Season 1 - 3
Initially entitled Scrotal Recall (which, you know, was GENIUS) this beloved British rom-com series begins with Dylan (Johnny Flynn) making a list of all the women he has to contact after finding out he has chlamydia. Yikes. While the show is based on this unfortunate list, it's about so much more than an STD. Lovesick explores romance, friendship and love with the help of Dylan's best friends Evie (Antonia Thomas), Luke (Daniel Ings) and Angus (Joshua McGuire). It's an absolute laugh, and the latest season jut landed on Netflix!
Season 1 - 3
This BAFTA Award-Winning series tells the story of the Peaky Blinders gang in Birmingham, England, who are known for sewing razor blades in to the peaks of their caps. In the wake of WW1, gang-leader Tommy Shelby (Cilian Murphy) means to move up in the world and won't let the law, or Major Chester Campbell (Sam Neill) get in his way. If the stellar cast, period setting and high-action aren't enough to get you hooked, the killer soundtrack will do the job.
The End Of The F***ing World
The latest Netflix series to take the world by storm, The End Of The F***ing World tells the story of a budding teen psychopath and a rebel who take off on a road-trip of deadly proportions. The black comedy has already gained a legion of fans for it's out-there plot and originality.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Season 1 - 3
If you haven't already heard of this, you must be living underground... much like the series' main character, Kimmy Schmidt (Ellie Kemper). After being rescued from a doomsday cult in Indiana, Kimmy moves to NYC where she meets the greatest character of all time, her roomate Titus Andromedon (played by the wonderful Tituss Burgess). Along with Titus, Kimmy grows to rely on her landlord Lilian (Carol Kane) and new boss, the impossibly rich and vain Jaqueline (Jane Krakowski).
Season 1 - 2
If you hate musicals, keep scrolling. If you're still here, welcome! This show will be your next big obsession. Rebecca Bunch (Rachel Bloom) seems to have it all, though she is seriously depressed in her New York City lifestyle. After seeing her teen boyfriend, Josh Chan (Vincent Rodriguez III), she decides to follow him across the country to live in West Covina California and try to win his love and find happiness again. Oh, and there's a whole lot of singing and dancing.
This trailer kind of gives away most of the plot for the first episode, but it's worth the watch if you want to know the show's vibe.
Season 1 - 7
This Golden Globe nominated series follows the dysfunctional family of Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy), a single father of six children. As he spends his drunken days getting up to anything but parenting, his eldest daughter Fiona (Emmy Rossum) is left to care for her siblings as the children attempt to raise themselves. It can be as hilarious as it can be heartbreaking, and considering its longevity there are plenty of episode to binge.
