Considering the designs were seen by the entire world, it's unlikely Meghan has chosen to wear one of the above gowns on her wedding day. However, it's nice to see the direction she will be taking.
Meghan Markle has chosen a wedding dress designer, according to royal reporter Omid Scobie, and the blushing bride-to-be even had her first fitting at Kensington Palace just last week. However, the name of the designer is being kept under wraps until the wedding at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle on May 19th.
Scobie revealed to Good Morning America that Markle’s long-time friend, bridal stylist Jessica Mulroney, is on board to help her select her dress.
"Jessica Mulroney has a rich history when it comes to...wedding planning and bridal styling," he says. "It's not just the dress she's involved in. She's actually helping with a number of elements for the big day and I think Meghan is really relying heavily on her expertise and a lot of the decision she has to make, and there are many."
"Meghan expressed the desire to wear something simple and classy and very elegant. They've tried on a number of different designs and are currently whittling it down to pick the best design for the day," he added.
