It's Official: Meghan Markle And Prince Harry's First Public Appearance
Prince Harry was treated to a surprise supporter in the crowd at Coworth Park polo club in Ascot on Saturday. Girlfriend Meghan Markle made her first royal outing to cheer on the prince, who was playing in a charity polo game.
"Nobody had any idea Meghan was coming, so it was a surprise to see her there," a source told The Sun. Harry's close friend Mark Dwyer and and his wife joined Markle in the grand stands.
The 35-year-old Suits star "looked an absolute picture of happiness, laughing as the match was played." For the occasion Meghan wore a navy dress with a white blazer and aviator sunglasses.
Meghan's dress is by Antonio Berardi, it retails for $2,695) features a round neck, faux flap pockets, and a high-low hem. Markle also sported wore a handmade black bracelet exclusively designed by Canadian designer, Ayca, that features the word “joy.” For every bracelet sold, a woman in a shelter gets a box of essentials and the same bracelet through The Shoe Box Project.
This marks the first official outing for the couple of nine-months, it is reported that Meghan will attend Pippa Middleton's wedding reception alongside Harry on May 20.
