The Suits actress has a svelte figure and enviable glowing skin, so it's obvious that she's all about nourishing her body with healthy ingredients. In a new interview with Good Housekeeping, she revealed her five refrigerator must-haves.
In addition to hummus, almond milk, green juice, and carrots, Meghan also revealed her love for chia seed pudding. Yes, even her dessert is healthy... and delicious, apparently.
According to Meghan's own Instagram she makes the chia seed pudding by combining 2 cups of almond milk, 1 cup of chia seeds, and adding in cinnamon, vanilla extract and a little agave. She advises fans to stir and store overnight in fridge, before topping with berries and coconut in the morning.
