Lady Gaga might be known for her outlandish outfits, quirky makeup and platinum blonde 'do, but the singer has undergone quite the make-under for her latest acting role.
Gaga is taking on the role of Ally in the upcoming movie musical remake A Star Is Born, alongside Hollywood heavyweight Bradley Cooper.
She shared a first look at the film ahead of her performance at Coachella yesterday, writing in the Instagram caption: "I am so excited to star in my first movie alongside someone I'm so lucky to call my friend. She has her first scene in 5..."
With straight, brown hair and a simple white t-shirt with black pants, it was a very different look for the eccentric songstress.
Fans will be treated to another look at the character at Coachella, as Warner Bros. announced yesterday that the film would be shooting scenes at the music and arts festival on April 18th and 19th.
A Star is Born tells the story of an alcoholic movie star, played by Cooper, who helps Ally find fame as his own career plummets. The film will be a first for both stars, as Cooper will also be making his directorial debut, while Gaga makes her silver screen debut.
Gaga has previously appeared in the American Horror Story series, but we're excited to see her take on the big screen when the flick comes out in 2018.
