According to TMZ, the reality television star filed for the trademark on October 17 with the aim to cover all bases including "belts, bottoms as clothing, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear, tops as clothing and undergarments". Alongside makeup, of course.
The application has yet to be approved but could soon see her monetizing her lyrical genius.
Although we're sure she'll manage until then, as the 22-year-old has already generated some serious pocket money from the now-famous jingle after releasing a range of 'Rise and Shine' hoodies on The Kylie Shop - which promptly boasted sell-out status within a sheer matter of days.
It's interesting to note that according to Forbes, the entire Kardashian family - we're talking Kim, Kanye, Kylie, Khloe and Kendall - have applied for over 700 trademarks in total. In fact, Kylie owns 128 of them in total.
