Kylie Jenner Responds To Rumours Of ‘Rise And Shine’ Lawsuits
Wait, are we all getting sued?
After Kylie Jenner went viral for singing 'rise and shine' to her (already awake) daughter Stormi during a video tour of her Kylie Cosmetics HQ, the 22-year-old quickly trademarked the phrase and released a range of merch - she's not the youngest self-made billionaire for nothing, after all.

At the time, TMZ reported that Kylie's trademark quoted that the phrase may be used for "belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear, and undergarments as well as cosmetics."
After numerous reports that Kylie had taken legal action towards companies using the trademarked phrase, the mother-of-one took to Twitter to clear things up, writing that she hasn't sent any cease and desist letters and that she "laughed so hard" seeing people's memes of the "unexpected moment".
