News of Kylie's donation comes after the beauty entrepreneur was called out on Instagram for posting what many have deemed to be an insensitive series of Instagram posts.
First, Kylie posted a photo to her Instagram Stories about the widespread devastation to Australia's wildlife in the bushfires writing: "Over half a BILLION animals have been killed in Australia. This breaks my heart." She then followed it with a snap of her pedicured toes peeking from mink fur Louis Vuitton slippers.
Many of Kylie's followers were quick to label her actions as being hypocritical.
