The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been labelled reckless by fans, after shooting and posting a video of herself driving on a freeway.
The video, which is shot from behind the wheel as she drives, is captioned: "Not a single car on my side of the freeway."
Fans were quick to condemn her actions, with some even calling for the police to reprimand the star.
Using a mobile phone while driving is a criminal offence in California, like many areas of the world. Penalties range from a $20 fine for a first offence to $50 for a second offence, with other excess fees able to be added once the charge is processed. However, unlike Australia where you will lose four demerit points from your license if you're caught breaking this law, the Californian penalty does not result in a loss of points or loss of license.
Regardless of the financial penalties, fans hope the risk to others on the road will be enough to encourage the star from making this careless mistake again.
