What surprised fans more than Kim Kardashian's initial announcement of her KKW Beauty makeup line was that after first launching contour kits, she didn't come out with nude lipsticks.
Considering that Kim's signature look is a neutral lip, it seemed like a no-brainer that she would formulate her own take on the product for her line. After fragrance, highlighter, concealer, and a collab with longtime makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, she's finally giving the people what they want: the KKW Beauty version of nude lipstick.
Today on Instagram the star revealed that, on June 8, she's dropping eight shades of nude lipstick along with three corresponding lip liners.
"OMG I’ve been wearing these for months now!" she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post. "The creamiest long lasting lip stick formula (8 lipsticks and 3 liners!!!) Can’t wait for you to see my packaging!"
She later shared a video of the shades and the packaging. They range from pale nude to a nude with a redder undertone, so there are options to suit a wide range of skin tones.
Although the lipsticks are a major core collection for her brand, this isn't the first time that Kim has come out with lip products. She previously collaborated with Kylie Cosmetics on a set of four nude liquid lipsticks, and the KKW Beauty x Mario Dedivanovic collaboration included a nude lipstick as well as two lip glosses.
The KKW Beauty Crème Lipsticks and Lip Liners will be available exclusively at KKWBeauty.com beginning June 8th.
