Koko appeared to be very shocked in footage from her surprise party in Los Angeles. However she must have been suspicious of where her boyfriend, NBA player Tristan Thompson, was taking her for the big day as she dressed all the way up in her daring mini dress.
The reality TV star completed the look with a glittering gold clutch, strappy metallic heels and fine necklaces.
Khloé's dress could only fully be appreciated in close up videos from the evening, where the intricate detailing on the frock could be seen.
