Khloe Kardashian took to her app this week to update her fans on her post-baby fitness journey.
The 34-year-old welcomed her first child, True Thompson, just three-months-ago, previously admitting that she felt eager to return to her rigorous gym regimen as soon as doctors gave her the all-clear. And it appears her dedication as been paying off, with Khloe revealing she has already lost 15 kilograms.
The Look Better Naked author says a “combination of breastfeeding and being very active” is behind her rapid slim-down.
“After I had True, I didn’t put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight,” Kardashian wrote. “I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week.”

Khloe is fortunate enough to have private personal training sessions with Joel “Coach Joe” Bouraïma in her at-home gym. She prefers circuit-style training with a mix of cardio and weight sessions.
“Exercise is something I’ve always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress,” Kardashian added. “And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that’s my time, my space, something I’m doing for myself.”
