One of the upsides about being a supermodel is that pretty much anything looks good on you, something that tricks the rest of us into thinking we too could pull off a pixie cut like Cara Delevingne or go full '90s like Bella Hadid. But thankfully Kendall Jenner's latest beauty transformation is one that's relatively transferrable to us commoners: ombré hair.
Watch: Kendall Jenner dyes her hair blonde
After going blonde for Burberry's London fashion week show, Kendall quickly went back to her signature one-tone brunette hue. But over the weekend, while sharing a Thanksgiving post, she tilted her head back to show off her natural dark chocolate roots fading into a golden caramel shade at the ends.
If you're looking to copy Kendall and go lighter for the summer, ombré - like Kendall - or balayage - which is her friend Gigi Hadid's go-to - is the perfect easy transition.
Explaining the difference between the two hair trends, Justine Levesque, a colourist at Dessange Australia, previously told us, "balayage starts from the roots of the hair, while ombré generally starts mid-length and goes all the way down to the tip. Ombré really accentuates the light on the lengths and ends."
For those who've been there, done that, try gloss smudging.
