Kate Middleton just made every mother in the world feel better, by making this honest confession.
The Duchess Of Cambridge opened up about the loneliness of motherhood during a Heads Together talk in London, with Prince William and Prince Harry.
“Yes, it is lonely at times and you do feel quite isolated but actually so many other mothers are going through exactly what you are going through,” she said, according to the Belfast Telegraph.
Kate told the other mother's at the tak that “It is being brave enough, like you obviously were, to reach out to those around you.”
She was chatting to Katie Massie-Taylor and Sarah Hesz, two women who launched an app to help mothers of young children make friends with others in a similar situation. While on the discussion of mental health, Kate also suggested parents should talk about mental health with children when they are younger.
She said parents should be helped "to start these conversations from a much earlier age but through play, even if their language hasn't yet developed".
We're so proud of Kate for speaking out on such an important issue.
