The royals family is about to become the fab five, the palace has confirmed a third baby is on the way.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child,” Kensington Palace said on Monday night.
“The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news,” reads the official statement.
The 34-year-old has cancelled her working commitments for the time being due to health complications.
“As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today.”
Symptoms of Hyperemesis Gravidarum are severe nausea and vomiting. Kate was hospitalised due to the condition during her pregnancies with Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2.
