Kate Middleton debuted a lush new haircut at the first match of Wimbledon earlier today, but that's not all. The Duchess of Cambridge also paid sartorial tribute to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
Kate stepped out in a fun polka dot frock by Dolce & Gabbana ($1,500, farfetch.com), which she paired with small black block-heel sandals and a white top-handle purse.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that the Duchess looked strikingly similar to Diana, who wore a spotted ensemble to the Royal Ascot Race meeting in 1988.
It's not the first time Kate and Diana have been linked through their love of a polka dot. The Duchess paid tribute to her when she welcomed her first child with Prince William in 2013.
We love seeing how Kate honours her mother in law!
