The Duchess of Cambridge's due date is looming and the world is waiting to welcome the newest royal baby! Despite the countdown having well and truly started there hasn't been much much indication yet about when exactly Middleton might give birth, and we just got the biggest clue so far!
Up until a week ago, the 36-year-old was attending one royal event after another carrying on business as-usual. Now that she's officially on maternity leave, royal watchers are looking forward to the originally reported April 23 due date to see her again, but she could give birth even sooner. At least, if her hospital is any indication.
Kate and Prince William will introduce the royal baby on these steps, a royal tradition started with the birth of Prince William and continued with arrival of Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Leave it to the royals to think of every detail.
People reports that before Prince George's birth, there were ladders across the road from the hospital for the three weeks before Middleton gave birth, so the new paint job could be a sign that the baby will be here sooner than we thought.
