Kate, who used to be vegetarian, also has a strict diet and doesn't drink any alcohol. She also cuts back on carbs and sugar because "They make me feel very sluggish," she said in an interview with Shape. Instead, she eats mostly protein and vegetables, which "suit my body nicely."
