Karlie Kloss is an over achiever: in addition to her decade-long modelling career, she created Kode with Klossy – a program that encourages young women to enter the tech world, bought a house (or two) and enrolled at New York University to study feminism. Oh, and she’s still only 25.
“I’ve always been intrigued by the direction nobody else is going in. Not following the herd,” she says.
A proud feminist (she’s wearing a Dior T-shirt that proclaims “We Should All Be Feminists”), Kloss understands the term means different things to different people.
“Two women can identify as feminists and have wildly different ways of living their lives.”
But the model isn’t all business, admitting she recently “broke the bank” to buy a “sick hand painted Gucci leather jacket.”
