In case you missed it, Justin, 24, and Hailey, 21, got engagement over the weekend, according to eyewitness sources who saw the 24-year-old pop the question in a Bahamas resturant. Justin asked everyone in the restaurant to put their phones away and then proceeded to propose in front of the crowd of on-lookers on Saturday evening, according to TMZ.
