Revealing in an Instagram post that she weighed over 100kg during her pregnancy, she also proudly announced that she was now around the 65kg mark.
“6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240 😜),” she wrote in the caption.
She also wrote that she was “so proud to feel like myself again”, adding, “Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder. 💚”
And it paid off. She looks amazing.
So how did she do it? A source told People, “Jessica had a trainer and she was very committed to working out. She also did a lot of walking — walking is huge for her mentally and physically. It’s always been something she does to clear her head and for the steps.”
She also made changes to her diet.
“She ate a lot of vegetables. She also discovered the vegetables she likes that can also be masked into different dishes,” the source revealed. “And she limited foods that were fried and high in calories. But she did not deny herself and gave herself nice healthy meals. She believes in moderation and she was conscious of her goal. At certain times she allowed herself to indulge.”
In a previous interview with People in July, Jessica talked about her goal to get her body back in shape. “It’s not easy at all, but I am determined to feel good.”
“I am eating healthy too — I discovered I really like cauliflower. Who knew it could be a substitute for almost anything?!”
Jessica’s personal trainers, Harley Pasternak and Sydney Liebes both reposted Jessica’s transformation photo, sharing their adoration for the mother-of-three.
“After being nonstop pregnant for as long as I can remember, she’s down 100 lbs. and looks younger today than she was when we met,” wrote Pasternak.
“I’m so unbelievably proud of you!! You have worked your ass off and the reward is priceless! You are the coolest, most hilarious, most hardworking woman I have ever met and I can’t believe how much you have accomplished in these six months,” said Liebes.
