To add to the hilarity, Aniston even spoke of her ability to pinpoint the exact scenes where herself and her co-stars would break character. Reminiscing with Kudrow, she mentioned how the pair would "always get into these fits of laughter".
"Because you had this wonderful ability — you were about to hit your punchline, and you would do this adorable thing where you would break. You would say the punchline, and you would always turn to the audience and say, ‘I’m sorry, it’s really funny.’”
“The bagpipes—where you started to sing full 100%-committed, with the bagpipes, sounding like the bagpipe—I couldn’t hold it together. No one could hold it together,” Aniston said. Funnily enough, when rewatching the original clip, Aniston can actually be seen stifling her laughter.
In a surprising revelation, Kudrow went onto admit that she doesn’t re-watch Friends for one very, special reason. “I don’t watch the show,” she said. “I’m still not watching it in the hopes that one day we sit down and watch them together.”
When it comes to their highly-anticipated HBO Max reunion, the pair confirmed that shooting will continue “if we ever get out of quarantine", however, they can reveal only about as much as we already know.
“What we do know we can’t say,” Kudrow said. “I think we’re meant to be surprised by some things.”
Until then, we wait with bated breath.
