Announcing the news on his Instagram with a photo of himself beside now-wife Scarlett, who was dressed in a white two-piece, Cooper wrote, “Scarlett and I have made it officially legal and the two of us could not be happier”. He also uploaded a series of photos of the couple throughout their relationship.
“Cheers to a life full of love, happiness, adventure, and great purpose, Mrs. Hefner,” he added.
One of the photos shows Scarlett as a bridesmaid at a wedding. Wearing a white dress with her arms interlocked with a dapper Cooper, who was dressed in a black tuxedo, you could easily mistake it for a photo from their own wedding - which Cooper hinted will happen in the coming months.
“I love you dearly and very much look forward to planning our wedding celebrations in the months ahead. I love you, Scarlett.”
Scarlett, who played Pansy Parkinson in the Harry Potter series, also announced their marriage on her Instagram, saying, “Cooper and I are excited to share that we legally married. We are looking forward to planning our wedding in the coming months where we will celebrate further with our friends and family. I love you Cooper. I am proud to stand by your side, as your partner, your friend, and your wife. I cannot wait to continue building a life together. My heart is so full and I am so grateful for our love.”
Cooper and Scarlett have been dating for six years, and got engaged in 2015.
