Emily Blunt stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers overnight, to promote her new film with her adorable husband John Krasinski. The duo star in the new critically-acclaimed horror flick A Quiet Place - which John also co-wrote and directed - and have been chatting up a storm doing the press rounds.
After chatting about her other films Marry Poppins and The Devil Wears Prada, Emily was asked by host Seth Meyers about her relationship with John.
As Emily recounts, she was sitting at dinner with her mysterious friend ~Greg~ when he said: "Oh my gosh, that's my friend, John."
John, who was having dinner with Justin Theroux, got up from his table and came over to say hello.
"He abandoned Justin and came over to talk to us. He did not eat, he just stood there and made me laugh. He just did a bit."
Seth went on to ask if Emily knew he was the one straight away.
"I kind of did," she said, before joking about his questions "Am I speaking to US Weekly?"
Earlier in the interview, Emily spoke about why the couple have never worked together before, revealing:
"We've sort of been offered every romantic comedy under the sun, but nobody wants to see John and I meeting in a film. People would't buy it."
She also revealed that, while they enjoyed working together, it was during filming that John told her she suffers from "resting bitch face."
Emily said, "I thought I was [a good person to bounce ideas off], and then he informed me I had a resting bitch face. I wasn't aware that's a thing. His impersonation of me is when he's enthusiastically pitching me idea i just nod strangely."
