Helen Mirren; Academy, Tony and Emmy Award-winning actress. But apparently, also a YouTube tutorial obsessive. Celebrating the launch of the new L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect makeup line, Mirren admitted that she often looks to the video platform for inspiration in her makeup and music. And same.

"God bless YouTube," Mirren told Allure. "I discovered Billie Eilish a few years ago in that way. She is so cool, but there are many others. I love Rosalia. Love her."
Speaking to the publication, Mirren added that she sees makeup as a source of inspiration in her life. Experimenting with different looks provides a creative outlet for the actress, explaining she likes to try different looks every single time she puts makeup on. Which is evident if you look at Mirren's diverse red carpet beauty moments.
"Yes, every time. A different colour, a different line, no line, lots of line, gold line, highlight, no highlight," she says.
Her best beauty trick though? A red lip.
"I use that device quite often," Mirren told Vanity Fair.
Her favourite past beauty looks include the red lipstick and bouffant up-do she wore for her role as Victoria in The Cook, The Thief, His Wife, & Her Lover, as well as the powdered horse-hair wigs and rouge she wore in The Madness of King George, per Allure.
Mirren is no stranger to a bold beauty look though, debuting rose gold hair at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019. Fully committing to the pink theme, Helen put on a swipe of fuchsia lipstick and dusted the apples of her cheeks in a dusty rose.
Besides that moment though, Mirren admits she's "too lazy" to colour her hair. "I just couldn’t be bothered, honestly," she says.
