Pet Hair On Black Clothing
Obviously, it’s okay to give your pet a cuddle before you leave the house, but if they shed and you’re wearing black you might want to consider running a lint roller over your clothes before you step out.
White sneakers that are no longer white
The worst thing about white shoes is how easily they become no longer white. Dirty sneakers (unless intentional) can make outfits look messy.
There is nothing more heartbreaking than when your favourite sweater starts to pill and can cause a not so polished look. It's an unavoidable inevitably though, so don't stress too much if this happens to your favourite knit.
Too many accessories
With so many great accessories out there and with hair clips trending, it’s easy to go overboard. Keep it simple and go from there.
Stained or ripped clothes
Unless it’s intentionally distressed denim or ripped shirts a la 'Yeezy', stepping out in foundation stained t-shirts or tights with ladders can cheapen an outfit and make you look less put together.
Whether their too tight, too big or too high. You need to be able to walk in your shoes. Hobbling around is not very chic.
Poorly tailored items
Items that are tailored poorly can instantly ruin an outfit. Make sure your hems aren’t too long, your clothes aren't ill-fitting and they’re nicely ironed.
Being able to see undergarments
You may think no one can see them, but underwear lines in tight skirts and pants or bra straps hanging out are not always a good look.
Not cutting the coat hanger loops off your clothes
We’ve all been there. But just cut them off as soon as you get home, because there’s nothing worse than seeing those hanging out of someone’s top. While you’re at it, cut off any tags too.
