If you’ve ever wished that you could train like Elsa Pataky then you’re in luck. It’s now easier than ever before to workout like mum-of-three, thanks to an exciting new project that she's just released alongside her super ripped hubby Chris Hemsworth.
Centr is a holistic approach designed to get your mind and body in peak condition taking you behind the scenes with Chris and Elsa to deliver their curation of A-list workouts, recipes and wellness inspiration.
“The reason we created this program [was to bring together] all the people we think are really good in fitness, nutrition and mindfulness," Elsa tells Women’s Health in this month’s cover story. Their army of experts includes Gunnar Peterson, the trainer behind Jennifer Lopez and Khloe Kardashian’s fitness transformations.
Of her intense fitness regimen, the Spanish-born model likes to keep her workouts consistent and opts for variation between strength based workouts three to four times a week in addition to yoga sessions. “I can’t be without training for more than two weeks – I just get really nervous and my energy starts to go down,” she says. “When you start working out and your body’s changing and you’re achieving your goals, that’s such a great thing."
