Let's be real here: when you think of eating 'fries' there's only one word that comes to mind, and it certainly isn't 'doughnuts'...
That's right, we're all on the same page here thinking that fries are those stringy bits of potato that touch your soul with their deliciousness. Apparently, though, there's another kind of frenchy taking over the streets of Sydney this weekend.
Tella Balls Dessert Bar - the cafe behind Tella Balls, Pastatella, and of course those monstrous milkshakes with a Tella Ball on top - are bringing the newest variety of french fries to the market and we have literally no complaints.
Their newest treat is a play on the Aussie classic, fish and chips.
The 'fish' is made of shallow fried housemade vanilla bean ice cream with a golden Panko crumb, the 'chips' are made of donut, the 'tartare' dipping sauce is fine white Belgian chocolate and, of course, it comes with a serve of nutella dipping sauce.
If you manage to wipe the drool from your face and re-gather yourself, you can try the new dessert at the Tella Balls Dessert Bars beginning this Saturday.
