It's hard to believe Debra Messing is already the mom of a teen.
As the Will & Grace star hit Hollywood to receive her star on the Walk of Fame Friday, her 13-year-old son, Roman Walker Zelman, was right by her side. He flashed a smirk and gave an impressively professional pose as he lounged alongside her after she was immortalised in cement.
Zelman brought his fashion A-game to the event with a black suit with a blue shirt and tie underneath. He matched his mom's swagger, given that she went full glam for the event, sporting an off-the-shoulder textured gold dress that was cinched at the waist. Ever the fashionista, the actress completed her look with gold bangles and gold statement earrings, and wore her red locks to one side.
"[I] never [dreamed this could happen]," she told Entertainment Tonight. "I grew up next to a farm in Rhode Island. My big dream was to be a working actress and ultimately to do Broadway in New York City." She continued, "I've fulfilled all of my dreams and today ... it's going to take me a long time to process this. It's so, so beautiful."
Messing's son wasn't the only one on hand to show her lots of love for the big moment. Her friends Mariska Hargitay, Sophia Bush, and Connie Britton also were there to support her.
Hargitay gushed over her friend in a speech: "To me, pretty much 95 percent of friendship, possibly more, is just showing up, just being there—and Debra Messing could hold a seminar on showing up," she told the crowd. "I cannot tell you how deeply I admire your fierceness."
