While eating the same food everyday is an effective strategy for long-term weight maintenance (and easy meal prep) nutritionists warn that it may result in nutritional gaps so make sure you're eating a balanced diet throughout your day.

1. KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN
“Sweet potato chips are one of my favorite gluten-free snacks and we make them weekly at my house,” says the resident Kardashian "health freak." To make them, she slices the spud very thin, tosses them with olive oil, rosemary (both organic) and Himalayan salt before baking.
2. EVA MENDES
Because the actress likes to think of food as "fuel for my body" she has no problem sticking to the same dishes for multiple meals. "For lunch, I usually have salmon and rice or quinoa, and I try to include a salad," she told SHAPE. "I’ll eat the same thing for dinner. I’m a creature of habit in that way."
3. MARIAH CAREY
The singer follows a strict two ingredient diet. "It’s really hard. My diet, you would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day," she confessed. "That’s it."
4. KYLIE JENNER & TYGA
"I make the same meal every morning because it’s amazing and it’s T’s favorite," says the reality star of her egg and rice scramble with a side of sausage. "He always asks for it!"
5. BELLA HADID
“My meal everyday,” the model captioned a photo of her plate with a half-eaten grilled cheese, cup of french fries and a little ketchup on the side. We should all be so lucky!
