The month of May marks Benefit Cosmetics’ annual Bold is Beautiful Project, a global philanthropic initiative that supports a number of local charities for women and girls. Since launch, Benefit Cosmetics Australia have raised and donated over $600,000 to those in need.
Now in its fourth year, this month Benefit Australia will donate 100 per cent of profits from brow wax services at Benefit BrowBars to Fitted For Work, Sister 2 Sister and Look Good Feel Better. In addition, the beauty brand has teamed up with Australian clothing label Skin and Threads for a limited edition t-shirt—emblazoned with Hero in hot pink glitter—again, with all proceeds donated to the charities. “In finding the right design for the tee, we wanted to keep the message short and on point,” says Skin and Threads designer Penny Cohen. “With such great energy around feminism at this time throughout the world, we wanted to express how powerful women can be—be a woman, be a feminist, and in the words of Wonder Woman, be a HERO.”
Available throughout May, you can pick up the tee at Myer Benefit BrowBars nationally, and online at skinandthreads.com.au for $49.
