Watching Zoolander will never be the same again after this sad news in the world of celebrity relationships. Christine Taylor and Ben Stiller revealed in an exclusive announcement to Entertainment Tonight that they are getting a divorce. The beloved onscreen and IRL couple has been married for 17 years and has two children together, and though today's is not happy news, it sounds like their separation is a loving and amicable one. According to the statement to ET, the two plan to co-parent and will remain close friends.
"With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate," Stiller, 51, and Taylor, 45, said in their statement to ET. "Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends."
The actors married in Hawaii in 2000, and went on to share screen time in various projects, from their iconic turns in Zoolander and Zoolander 2, to Tropic Thunder and Arrested Development, among others.
