Bella Hadid says she works hard in the gym to keep her body in supermodel shape – but also won't say no to donuts.
"When I work out I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours," Bella told E! News at the Nike Cortez launch event on Saturday.
"I don't like to do the whole yoga thing," she adds. "I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it I am going to go hard."
When it comes to diet, the 20-year-old Victoria's Secret model says she's all about treating herself.
"You saw me shove a donut...in my mouth," said Bella. "It was bomb."
The younger Hadid sister told Harper's Bazaar that her typical day on a plate includes eggs or a bagel for breakfast, a form of protein with veggies for lunch (typically salmon or chicken), and dinner is takeout from her local hotspot, Westville. Her favourite dish? "Sautéed kale."
