She’s the queen of throwback dressing, so Bella Hadid’s 2019 Met Gala outfit was perfectly on theme for this year’s Camp: Notes On Fashion extravaganza.
Walking the red carpet with Jeremy Scott of Moschino, the supermodel opted for a slinky black dress, featuring a hip cut out and LOTS of jewellery.
The crystalised plunging neckline was offset with a stack of built-in bracelets on a glove, upping the glamour. Complete with bold green earrings, Hadid’s slinky look was as vintage as it is camp.
Wearing her hair in a bob, Hadid had side swept bangs which framed her face. Complete with a bold make-up look, cat eye and pinky lip stain, the model let her dress do the talking.
The 2019 red carpet has been the Met Gala’s most interesting yet, with Lady Gaga wearing not one but four major looks on the carpet. Katy Perry dressed as a candelabra, Kim Kardashian went for vintage Mugler and Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth made their married red carpet debut.
The theme, Camp, has seen plenty of colour — including a tonne of neon — feathers, sequins and latex. And Hadid? She nailed it.
