After Kristian confirms she's in love with Demi at the final commitment ceremony, she apologises for their past, before going on to say, “Like you said I came here to find myself but I found myself in you.”
The two briefly embrace before Demi says, "I love you so much and I'm so in love with you and I didn't even know it was possible to feel this way about someone." She then walks over to a hidden ring and gets down on one knee to ask Kristian to marry her.
Before you ask, yes, they're still happily engaged (Australia, we could really learn a thing or two from the US in this department) and watched the finale together cuddled up on the couch and surrounded by friends. Someone pass the damn tissues.
