Emily Ratajkowksi left a series of heart-eye emojis while '90s super, Christy Turlington, simply wrote: "Warrior woman".
Though it's not the first time Graham has protested against unrealistic beauty ideals during her pregnancy.
Earlier this month, the model shared a photograph of herself practicing yoga - revealing that despite gaining baby weight, she has "never felt better".
Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Throughout my pregnancy so far I’ve gained 50lbs. And the best part is, I don't care! I have never felt better, and I am so thankful that my body and son have allowed me to be as mobile and flexible as I have been."
"Between working out, yoga, acupuncture and lymphatic massages - I finally feel like I figured out this whole pregnancy thing and how to feel my best."
Graham first announced her pregnancy news on August 14 via Instagram with a video debuting her blossoming baby bump.
"Nine years ago today, I married the love of my life," she captioned the clip.
"It has been the best journey with my favorite person in the world! Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY! Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin ❤️Life is about to get even better."
The soon-to-be parents will welcome a son early next year.
