After that post began to gain traction, Angie and Carlin began following each other again.
"Leave it. If you don't know, you don't know," the former Gogglebox star wrote. "Everyone got their happy ending when the show was on. Now it's no one's business. It's my real life. So best people stay out of it unless they know for real what someone is going through."
Angie also added their unfollowing of each other was simply an "Instagram glitch".
Carlin also opened up about rumours of the split, calling them "silly" and "baseless."
Speaking to Daily Mail, he revealed that Angie had returned to Queensland to visit family, while he moved into a new place in Sydney. "It's silly. Angie is just visiting home for a bit to change things up," he said. "We've been in each other's pockets enough over the past few months and family is important."
